1. WHO WE ARE
Energy Master Analytics S.A.S., tax identification number 901.107.427-0, with registered office at Carrera 48 C # 10 Sur – 74, Medellín, Colombia, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.
Our processing is governed by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. Where the law of your own country grants you additional rights, those rights apply to you as well — see section 9.
If you are in Mexico, a separate privacy notice applies, issued by our Mexican subsidiary. See section 9.
2. THE DATA WE COLLECT
We collect only what you provide through the forms on this site, and what the site calculates from it.

2.2 What we generate about you
From your answers to the diagnostic, the site automatically calculates three values that are stored with your record: a commercial score, a segment and an estimated annual saving. You do not provide these: our system generates them to decide how your enquiry is followed up.
You may ask for human review of that assessment by writing to us — see section 7.
2.3 What we do not collect
We do not collect sensitive personal data, nor financial data beyond the utility spend range you declare, nor data relating to minors.
3. WHY WE PROCESS IT
3.1 Necessary purposes
To respond to your request for a diagnostic, information, contact or complaint.
To prepare and present proposals for energy management services.
To deliver and support the services you contract.
To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
3.2 Optional purposes
These are not necessary and you may object to them at any time:
Sending you content, event invitations and marketing communications.
Producing aggregate statistics on how the site and our services are used.
Objecting to the optional purposes will never be a reason to deny you a service you request.
4. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We keep the personal data collected through this site for five years from our last contact with you. After that period the data is deleted, unless a legal, accounting or contractual obligation requires us to keep it longer, or an active commercial relationship exists.
You may request deletion before that period through the channels in section 7.

We make no other transfers. We do not sell or licence your data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
Know, update and correct your personal data.
Request proof of the authorisation you gave for its processing.
Be informed about how your data is being used.
Raise enquiries with us and complaints with the competent data protection authority.
Request withdrawal and deletion of your data where the law provides for it.
Access your data free of charge, without limitation on the number of requests.
Withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect.
Ask for human review of the automated assessment described in section 2.2.
Where the law of your own country recognises further rights — such as data portability — those rights apply to you as well. You do not need to cite any particular statute: write to us and we will handle your request. See section 9.

Please include your name, a means of replying to you, proof of your identity or of legal representation, and a clear description of the data your request concerns.
8. COOKIES
This site uses cookies and browser local storage. We activate no analytics or marketing cookie without your prior consent. On your first visit you can accept all, reject all, or choose by category. Until you decide, only strictly necessary technologies operate.

Neither of these is a cookie. They are held in your browser's local storage, which — unlike a cookie — is never attached to requests sent to the server. The information does not leave your device.

You can change your decision at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer. When you withdraw a category we delete the corresponding cookies immediately, rather than merely ceasing to use them.
The forms on this site work regardless of your cookie decision. When you submit one you authorise the processing of your data through the consent checkbox on the form itself, which is a separate authorisation.
9. COUNTRY-SPECIFIC INFORMATION
Energy Master serves clients in Colombia, Mexico, the United States, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, Uruguay, Paraguay, Costa Rica, Spain and China.
9.1 Mexico
Data collected in Mexico is governed by a separate privacy notice issued by Energymaster Analytics de México, S.A. de C.V., available at energymaster.co/mx/aviso-de-privacidad.
9.2 Brazil
If you are in Brazil, the LGPD applies and our Data Protection Officer is Oscar Berrio, reachable at dpo@energymaster.com.mx, in Portuguese. The full Brazilian annex is published at energymaster.co/pt/privacidade.
9.3 Chile
From 1 December 2026, Law 21.719 applies to you. In addition to the rights in section 6, it grants you data portability and the right to object to automated decisions — including the assessment described in section 2.2 — and to ask for human intervention. The supervisory authority is the Chilean Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales.
9.4 Anywhere else
Where your local law recognises rights beyond those listed in section 6, those rights apply to you as well and can be exercised through the same channels. You do not need to invoke any particular statute.
10. CHANGES AND COMPLAINTS
We may amend this notice to reflect legal developments, internal policy or new service requirements. Any change will be published on this page with the date of its last update.
If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may complain to the competent authority in your country. In Colombia this is the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio; in Mexico, the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno; in Brazil, the ANPD; in Chile, the Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales.
